MVER & RH Moisture Tests (Min 3)

Service Description

Includes first trip to set tests, MVER or Rh test materials, and return trip within 60-72 hrs as required to document and provide a full report within 24 hrs of second trip. Moisture tests are key to any successful floor installation and are required by almost all manufacturers. Moisture is the leading cause of failure in any flooring product, and failure to provide proper testing prior to the installation of products will most certainly void your warranty. We provide both MVER (Non-Destructive) and in slab RH tests to document moisture content, ambient temp, depth and other critical information. All tests are performed as per ASTM Standards and a report is given for each test location with a pass/fail remark based on your flooring to be installed. Billed at $200 per test and includes test materials, return trip to document results and full report. Min 3 tests per site.
