Moisture tests are key to any successful floor installation and are required by almost all manufacturers. Moisture is the leading cause of failure in any flooring product, and failure to provide proper testing prior to the installation of products will most certainly void your warranty.
We can provide both MVER (Non-Destructive) and in slab RH tests to document moisture content, ambient temp, depth and other critical information. All tests are performed as per ASTM Standards and a report is given for each test location with a pass/fail remark based on your flooring to be installed. Pricing is based on the number of tests required per site and includes test materials, return trip to document results, and a full report. Minimum 3 tests per site.
Pricing is volume-based:
3–9 tests: $200 CAD/test
10–19 tests: $160 CAD/test
20+ tests: $120 CAD/test
