Unfamiliar with MVER (Moisture Vapour Emissions), RH (Relative Humidity) and Bond Strength Tests required for proper installation recommendations and guidelines specified for your flooring products to cover warranty conditions?

We can provide proper testing as per ASTM Standards for moisture in substrates and  Bond Strength Tests to satisfy all recommendations set by manufacturers. We are familiar with all levellers and and proper bonding requirements for primers, levellers etc.

In the dark about quantities of leveller required to bring your substrate to TTMAC & manufacturers requirements? Tired of unexplained charges for floor prep?

Accepted Answer

We can provide a site report detailing quantities and scopes required as well as onsite representation for your company and or act as a neutral 3rd party, to provide an impartial unbiased representation for all parties and to help avoid potential legal problems from failure. We follow all recommended TTMAC and manufacturers guidelines and can provide separate and equal billing for each party.

Confused about what is required of you to bring your substrate to an acceptable condition?

We will research your specified materials, installation recommendations and tolerances required, do a site visit to survey the floor with a laser and assess any potential problems. Let us help. We have over 40 years experience in all aspects of flooring and levelling, and  are highly experienced with sloping of substrates to save on quantities and, or to meet benchmark elevations as well as to meet door heights, stairs, elevators, glass walls and escalator tables. This takes a keen eye, foresight and technical ability that is crucial to your project.

Can you travel to other cities?

Absolutely. Investment in a new floor is a costly proposition, and our team is committed to ensuring a smooth process and full disclosure to ensure your project doesn't fail and cost thousands to fix.  We will travel to any site in Canada at your request and in the future will be providing site technicians in all large cities across Canada.

Question 6

Are you familiar with site requirements as far as orientations and the use of PPE and Covid precautions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all SiteFox staff are familiar with proper PPE, Orientation and Covid safety and will always respect the General Contractors regulations while onsite.

Question 7

Can you offer Jobsite photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our site Technicians are trained in taking proper photographs while onsite to document all possible conditions.  Furthermore, a professional photographer is on staff and available for both pre and post construction photos if required for your website or print.

We can also offer PhotoGrammetry for the purpose of a detailed contour and elevation maps of any site
